7 WEEK PLAN

Starting 7 weeks out from your race, this custom plan works for any distance 10k or below.

12 WEEK PLAN

Starting 12 weeks out from your race, this custom plan works for any distance half marathon or below.

15 WEEK PLAN

Perfect for any race, marathon or below. This option gives you plenty of time for buildup, workouts, and peaking.

CUSTOM PLAN

Is your race in 10 weeks instead of 12? Do you have a race coming up in 6 months? Or do you just want guidance on how to stay in shape? This plan is for athletes who’s races or circumstances fall out of the 7, 12, or 15 week window.

I’ve been a runner ever since elementary school where I won my first 10k as an 8 year old with a time of 42:14. I’ve run through high school and college, and have broken into the world of marathon running. Through lots of experience running, dealing with injuries myself, and being frustrated with coaches who didn’t individualize their coaching strategies/workouts, I wanted to give athletes a better experience.
