We’ll send you and invoice through PayPal. Once it’s paid, you’ll receive a link to your training plan within 2-3 business days.

Training begins! As a coach, I like to keep in contact with my athletes on a regular basis for encouragement and in case any issues arise and we need to adjust the plan.

7 WEEK PLAN

Starting 7 weeks out from your race, this custom plan works for any distance 10k or below.

$10-20/week

12 WEEK PLAN

Starting 12 weeks out from your race, this custom plan works for any distance half marathon or below.

$10-20/week

15 WEEK PLAN

Perfect for any race, marathon or below. This option gives you plenty of time for buildup, workouts, and peaking.

CUSTOM PLAN

Is your race in 10 weeks instead of 12? Do you have a race coming up in 6 months? Or do you just want guidance on how to stay in shape? This plan is for athletes who’s races or circumstances fall out of the 7, 12, or 15 week window.

  • I believe that training plans need to be completely custom. Pricing is dependent on how long the race is and how long we have to prepare. Longer races require more direction than shorter races and will be charged differently for that reason.

  • As a runner and a licensed physical therapist, I can help athletes reach their full potential. Not only do I provide workouts and race planning, I also help with injury prevention and recovery during training blocks.

  • I deliver training plans through a shared Google Doc. Plans can be ever-changing, and using this platform allows us to make the necessary changes throughout your training.

  • These plans are not a one size fits all. I create custom plans to fit your needs. I like to talk with athletes before they sign up for a plan to make sure the plan they have selected is the best for their situation.
